The first time I visited was somewhere in September 2025 with my family, as soon as I stepped in I felt welcomed by a great ambience and a very friendly staff. We ordered a variety of Pork dishes and it was just awesome. A great setup serving tempting Goan dishes.
It made me visit the place over and over and I think I have been to this place around 8-10 times since then.
The staff is very friendly and the Manager Paul makes you feel cared for as a guest. The last time I visited this place was around 10 days ago with my wife and son. Having my son's 21st birthday at this venue. My son loved the place and excited for his day. Met the Owner Carlos. Seems to be a wonderful man.

Carlito's Attique was one of the most memorable meals of our Goa trip. What stood out was how beautifully it celebrates Goan flavours while still feeling contemporary and creative. The food was packed with flavour, the cocktails were excellent, and every dish felt thoughtfully put together rather than simply following trends.
The space has a lot of character and captures the charm of Goa without feeling overly commercial. We loved spending a leisurely evening here, trying different dishes and soaking in the atmosphere. It felt authentic, relaxed, and genuinely reflective of the Goa we were hoping to experience.
