The first time I visited was somewhere in September 2025 with my family, as soon as I stepped in I felt welcomed by a great ambience and a very friendly staff. We ordered a variety of Pork dishes and it was just awesome. A great setup serving tempting Goan dishes. It made me visit the place over and over and I think I have been to this place around 8-10 times since then. The staff is very friendly and the Manager Paul makes you feel cared for as a guest. The last time I visited this place was around 10 days ago with my wife and son. Having my son's 21st birthday at this venue. My son loved the place and excited for his day. Met the Owner Carlos. Carlito's Attique was one of the most memorable meals of our Goa trip. What stood out was how beautifully it celebrates Goan flavours while still feeling contemporary and creative. The food was packed with flavour, the cocktails were excellent, and every dish felt thoughtfully put together rather than simply following trends. Carlitos Attique is set in a beautiful old Portuguese house, and stepping in instantly felt warm and familiar, it genuinely reminded me of home. The ambience is charming and full of character, making it a lovely place to enjoy a traditional Goan meal. We tried a variety of dishes, including the beef stew, pork vindaloo, pork amsol, rawa fried mussels, rawa fried steak, prawn rissois, and pork chops. Everything was flavourful and well prepared, with the pork dishes standing out in particular for their authentic taste. A great spot for comforting Goan food in a nostalgic setting. A bit out of the way, but make no mistake, one of the best in Goa. Setup in an old Portuguese Villa, attention to detail is given to every piece of furniture and the whole setup. Whether indoors in AC or outdoors under Mangalore tiles, the ambience is nostalgic. Service is absolutely great, all the staff are well trained, suggest the freshest of dishes and drinks. The special fish thali is a melody of different fish prepared the Goan way, pur bliss. The pork fejuado in a claypot with pav was legend. A good collection of coconut, cashew and flavoured fenis. We drove long distances to eat here twice in 3 days and wouldn't mind again. ~ Ruben D

Unforgettable Goan flavors and exceptional hospitality! Visited Carlito’s Attique on July 5th with my Sacred Heart Boys School group, and it turned out to be a fantastic reunion. The food and cocktails were absolutely outstanding—the Prawns Recheado and Goan Chorizo were cooked to perfection and packed with authentic flavor! A massive shoutout to the owner, Carlos Gonsalves, who was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our whole group was comfortable and well looked after. One of the most artistic and aesthetic places I have seen in Goa. Well lit and designed. From comfortable bar stools to colourful walls welcoming you, it's my new favorite place to be for enjoying a laid-back evening with live acoustic music. Also, not to forget the food and drinks. We tried the lamb chops, stuffed squids, cheese fritters and the Cheese - Olive bowl 😍 It was so fresh and delicious that I loved every bit of the dishes I had tried. I was here because of a 20 year old connection with Coco Loco. But this place is Loco to another level. The ambience is so well designed and we met Venit the master of Liquids all the way from Coorg..Our cocktails couldn't get any better with his charisma. Superb Job Venit. We met Carlos thr owner humble as ever not changed one bit always walking an extra mile to make his guest happy. The place is fantastic and is done up so well for all non veg lovers... and we'll as sea food. The service is seriously fast and very attentive, the best thing to try out there is the stuffed squids and beef roulade. It's mind blowing I really appreciated the attendant because he was so accommodating and very helpful. And even better was the music with some live concerts on the TV with some good sound... made me feel like I was actually at a concert.. cheers guys... I recently had the pleasure of dining at Carlitos Attique Goan Cafe and Bar, and I must say, it was an unforgettable culinary experience! After a year, the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the warm ambiance that perfectly encapsulates the Goan spirit. I decided to indulge in some traditional dishes, opting for the sanna and sorpotel. The sanna was incredibly soft and fluffy, just how it should be, and paired perfectly with the rich and spicy sorpotel, which had all the authentic flavors I expected. It was evident that the chefs take great pride in their craft, as every bite was bursting with flavor and reminded me of home-cooked meals. To top off the experience . It was refreshing and added a unique twist to my dining experience, making me feel even more connected to the Goan culture. Overall, my visit to Carlitos Attique was nothing short of exceptional. This place needs more love. We stumbled upon it by accident while randomly scrolling through Google maps recommendations. Fabulous interior/decor and excellent authentic food. We were the only customers during the entire time of our meal, so we had the full undivided attention of the wait staff. Expect fine dining prices however, and before ordering, clarify the price of 'speciality cocktails' which are double (or more than double) the price of ala carte drinks to save yourself an unpleasant surprise. ~ Merel D

I've been Carlito’s Attique over five times in the last year. The food here right from the Goan starters like croquettes, cutlets, butter garlic squids, to the mains like cafreal, beef steak, xacuti and pulao were all true to Goan taste. The homely atmosphere adds to the Goan feeling along with age old artefacts. The service staff do a good job and are happy to serve. The recent surge is clientele has kept the service staff on their toes, and they are adjusting to the new normal. This place deserves more love and patronage. ~ Danuska D

Everything at Carlitos deserves a 5 star rating, may it be the ambience to start with or the friendly staff or the cocktail, the flavours of which were pleasantly surprising and not to forget the very very delicious food we had! We devoured all the plates that were given to us! Especially the fish curry! We enjoyed every bit of the meal we had at Carlitos! Some places grow on you over time. This place was a cliche case of love at first sight. The ambience is absolutely stunning. The landscaping, the decor, the lighting,every single corner feels carefully thought out. Not a single thing seemed out of place. It's the kind of restaurant where you find yourself looking around between bites because every detail is so beautifully put together. The food more than held its own against the gorgeous setting. The beef roulade was excellent, but the standout dish for me was the pork feijoada. Rich, comforting, and packed with flavour, it's easily the dish I'll be coming back for. The breads were fresh, and the sannas were soft, fluffy, and perfect for mopping up all the gravies. The prawns curry was another highlight. It was mild, subtle, and incredibly flavourful without relying on spice. Really appreciated how balanced it was. The pork assad was equally enjoyable, gentle, comforting flavours done well without trying too hard. This is one of those rare places where the ambience could easily steal the show, but the food refuses to be overshadowed. Nestled away from the typical tourist circle, Carlito's is one of them little gems in Goa. Beautifully set place with a lot of decor that gives a sense of nostalgia, lovely open spaces around the restaurant and an awesome bar setup, this is in itself is worth a visit. The Goan food was top notch - we had the beef croquettes, prawn rissois, stuffed squid, green beef, sorpotel, sannas and veg pulao. Our server, Rohan was attentive and came in to check on us through the night. Will definitely be back to try the other items on the menu. If you are craving for sone great Goan food, in a cozy and warm place, then one must visit Carlitos Attique!! Set amongst the coco loco gardens, it serves exceptional goan delicious food! Theres also ample parking for one. It's a short drive from either Panjim, Vasco or Margão!! ~ Darryl J

Amazing food. The fish rawa fry was very fresh and was delicious. The caramel custard is one the best I have had in Goa. Beautiful decor and vintage Goan vibes of the place. Incase you have an elderly person please plan in advance as there is a climb up the staircase as they don’t have an elevator. ~ Amika K
